At Elikiyah, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged with care.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received within this timeframe, provided your order has not already been processed.

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, where applicable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Pre-Orders

Our statement pieces are available for pre-order and are made to order especially for you.

Pre-order items are subject to the same applicable consumer rights as other purchases. Our pre-order status does not remove any statutory cancellation or return rights.
